Gone are those days when guys used to boast of joining occult groups in high schools and colleges.
Gone are those days when people used to boast of alcohol consumption, smoking of cigarette and taking hard drugs.
Gone are those days when young people used to boast among their peers after having sexual intercourse or luring young girls into fornication.
Gone are those days when African men used to act like lions in the family just to show their superiority and dominance to friends.
Gone are those days when ladies were lured to get pregnant as evidence of fruitfulness before marriage rites.
Gone are those days when most African men were forced into second marriage because their first wife couldn't bear a male child.
Gone are those days when people used to boast of every new material acquisition like wrist-watch, wears, car, furniture, etc... Romans 1: 28-32, Ecclesiastics 1:9 &10
They're old and foregone ways of life because there are no virtues in them according to Philippines 4:8
The only news that is new in the world is that someone somewhere has given his life to Christ Jesus.
The friend who is born-again in Christ has everything to boast of.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. - 2 Corinthians 5:17
To the world, you may just be somebody…but to somebody, you may be the world.
